Who we are
Civilink Pty Ltd since its incorporation in September 2017, has been involved in a broad range of civil projects including:
- Industrial Commercial Sites
- Residential Land Subdivision
- Residential Retirement Village/Medium Density Unit subdivisions.
- Roadworks Infrastructure Projects
The Company is made up of 2 divisions:
- Our Greenfields Arm
- Our Road Infrastructure Arm
Our forecast turnover for the 2019/2020 Financial year is approximately $60M.
Resources:
Civilink uses a combination of inhouse and hired in resources on its projects. It has a core fleet, which we supplement with hired in plant. This core fleet consists of 9 Large Excavators (15T to 49T), 2 x 12M Graders, 4 x Rollers, a 10,000 Litre Watercart and a Loader. We also have accounts with many of the major service providers inclusive of Boral, Alex Fraser, Lantrak, Eastern Plant Hire, Barro Group, Hanson, Coates, Humes/Holcim, Rocla, amongst many others.
Civilink also has access to an extensive network of reputable and accredited subcontractors to perform various works on our projects. The relationships with these contractors has been forged over the past 15 plus years.
Management and Delivery:
Civilink has a number of management levels and key personnel in the company to ensure that our projects are delivered to the highest level of quality, to specification, and in a timely manner.
These include Project Management, Construction Management, Resource and Survey Management, and Site Management. We also have an inhouse and Financial management team.
Accreditations:
Civilink are 3rd Party ISO accredited for Quality, OHS and E and sustainability.
Civilink are accredited with Yarra Valley Water, Western Water, Barwon Water and Central Highlands Water. This means we are able to self perform the Sewer and Water Infrastructure on all projects within these water authority jurisdictions. This allows more feasible and timely delivery in many cases.
Civilink are also accredited with VicRoads, meaning that we are eligible to tender on and construct projects direct for VicRoads. We are also able to work on VicRoads assets on private projects as well.
Overview:
Civilink has the knowledge, experience, and resources to deliver a wide range of projects for both the public and private sectors. We have also recently moved into our own Factory Premises in Brooklyn VIC, which comprises both Office and Warehouse Space. Our commitment to the company is long term and Civilink aims to position itself as a large Civil service provider in the not too distant future, in both the Green Fields and Public Roads Infrastructure Spaces. We will progressively build our internal management infrastructure and core equipment fleet to meet the ever increasing needs of the business.
We have also commenced Internal Training programs where we encourage the employment and development of not only current employees, but to also look at employment opportunities for marginalised and young people wanting a career in construction. The company is an ever evolving entity which aims to meet the needs of our clients but also the community. We have employed a Human Resource Manager with a background in Community Development who will assist us to set out KPIs along with the strategies to achieve these and to set a high standard in this industry, and ensure we meet the needs of our clients and the community.
